Privacy Policy
What we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
Intelligent Data Solutions LLC ("we", "us") is an IT consulting and advisory firm at 1515 Market Street, Suite 1200, Philadelphia, PA 19102. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. For anything in it, write to solutions@intelligentdatasolutionsllc.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers ids-advisors.com and any enquiry you send us through it. It does not cover information we handle inside a client engagement, which is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement, nor any third-party website we link to.
What we collect
- Information you give us
- If you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, company, work email address, the practice area you selected, and the contents of your message. Only the message body is free text, so please do not include sensitive details you would not want held in an inbox.
- Information collected automatically
- Our hosting provider records standard server logs for every request: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, referrer and user agent. These exist to serve the site, keep it available and detect abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There is nothing to consent to and no preference to manage.
It also makes no third-party requests. Every asset, including the typefaces, is served from this domain, so no other company receives your IP address or learns that you visited. You can verify both claims in your browser's developer tools: the network panel will show requests to this domain only, and the storage panel will show no cookies.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer you. We use what you send to reply to your enquiry and to scope work you have asked about. Where the GDPR applies, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacted us, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To run and protect the site. Server logs are kept under our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing email to people who have only made an enquiry.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run this site on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to provide their service. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.
There are two, and they are the whole list:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores enquiries sent through the form.
- Resend delivers the notification email that tells us an enquiry has arrived.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted, unless they have become part of a client engagement with its own retention terms. That period is not a promise we remember to keep: an expiry date is written alongside every enquiry when it is stored, and a scheduled job deletes anything past it. Server logs are kept for a short period on a rolling basis by our hosting provider.
Where it is held
We are based in the United States and your information is processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending it to a country whose data protection laws may differ from your own. Where a transfer of information out of the UK or the European Economic Area requires a safeguard, we rely on the relevant standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to solutions@intelligentdatasolutionsllc.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
If the GDPR applies to you
You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to ask us to restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
If you are a California resident
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you have the right to know what we have collected and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require an opt-out. You may use an authorised agent to make a request.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
Contact
Questions, requests and complaints about this policy all go to the same place: solutions@intelligentdatasolutionsllc.com, or by post to Intelligent Data Solutions LLC, 1515 Market Street, Suite 1200, Philadelphia, PA 19102.
